A Zucchini.

But not just any old zucchini- the mother of all zucchinis, guaranteed to provide many happy meals…

What did we do with it? I love it grilled - no more than 0.5cm thick slices or for yee Yanks- approximately 1/5". Use your finger to slightly oil both sides of each slice with olive oil of good quality. I like it hot and spicy but my girl not, so we stuck to Italian seasoning, pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 180-200^o celsios or 350-392^o F until zucchini is looking done but not too dry. We like it slightly chewy and crunchy at corners. Enjoy!
