1. www.freedigitalphotos.net  – a few thousand images in glorious quality are on offer here! You'd need to place a hyperlink to link back to their site or pay $20 to get the free download.
     
2. www.creatingonline.com  – offer "royalty free" images. For $1 per image, but you're not permitted to reproduce the images. For retail usage you'd pay $3. Easy image searching on this site by using tags, many tools and products.

Tip: Always good to print out a copy of TOS from every image you download to use. Place it in a dedicated file/ folder for reference in case of trouble from someone claiming you're using his/her images illegally.
