Digital Image Manipulation for Extreme Beauty Makeover

Here you find a sample of how I can manipulate a digital image. Using Photoshop I edit a scanned photograph of a woman who's no longer so young and has damaged skin, bags and some facial lines wanting removal.
Most photos scanned (digitalized) even in low to middle quality can be well enhanced thereafter to return excellent results.
Presented here are a few versions of the "After" result of my digital image manipulation service for Extreme Beauty Makeover - I can do similar beauty makeovers for you too.

Notice the high level detailed work on image. Often on pixel-level.
Naturally I could control the end result level of extreme makeover to reduce it to a less dramatic perfect doll or enhance the glorified '20s star -like poster look.
Playing with layers in Photoshop is perfect for superimposing new skin or other effects at my chosen transparency level.
I've enhanced eye color, lips, hairline, etc…
By playing with shadows & highlights I her face shape look quite different.
